The glaciers have deep crevasses and patches of ice. Biafo is 63 kilometers long, whereas Hisper is 49 kilometers long. These are counted among the most perilous glaciers of the world. During the trek, you will also cross twelve peaks with heights above 7,000 m. Hisper and Biafo meet at the Hisper La pass at 5,151 m.
Samina Baig Travels offers 23 days itinerary for this trek. The program will begin with your arrival in Islamabad. The day following your arrival in Islamabad, our team will drive you on the KKH to reach Chilas and on toward Skardu. The actual trek will start in the Askoli area of Baltistan and conclude in Hunza.
After trekking for 7-8 days through the Biafo glacier, you will arrive at the 77 square kilometers Snow Lake. You will further trek across the Hisper glacier and finally reach Karimabad Hunza on the 20th day of the trip. Throughout the trek, you will come face to face with adventurous experiences and see amazing views and rare flora and fauna.
