Nanga Parbat is the 9th highest mountain in the world and the 2nd highest in Pakistan. Located in the Diamer district of Gilgit-Baltistan, Nanag Parbat is 8,126 m above sea level. It falls on the western ridge of the Himalaya Range. The first expedition to Nanga Parbat took place in 1895 when Albert Frederick Mummery led a mountaineers team 6,100m on the Diamer side of the mountain. Since then, only a few expeditions to Nanga Parbat have summited the peak successfully.

Nanga Parbat is known as the most dangerous mountain a mountaineer can climb. It has claimed the lives of dozens of climbers already. For this reason, it has gained notoriety as the Killer Mountain. There are three options when it comes to climbing Nanga Parbat: the Rakaposhi Face, Diamer Face, and the Rupal Face. Summiting this mountain is one of the most longed trophies for mountaineers.

While climbing this dangerous mountain in the freezing grimness of the Himalayas may look like craziness, the best climbers just can’t rest without trying their luck on Nanga Parbat.

Samina Baig Travels has been organizing expeditions to Nanga Parbat for many years now. We can organize the crueler game of trying to summit the killer mountain for you with the help of our veteran mountaineers, high altitude guides, and tough porters. While climbing this mountain, you will experience terrible weather conditions and bone chilling cold. You can expect the temperature to go as down as minus fifty degree Celsius.

But it is the odds against which the most experienced mountaineers desire to put their skills and passion to the test. It is the extreme adventure that thrills and satisfies the real climbers. If you have been dreaming about climbing Nanga Parbat, we can make it a reality for you.
