The 8,080 m high Gasherbrum 1 sits stunningly between the tangles of high peaks in the Karakoram Range in the Gilgit-Balstistan region of Pakistan. Also known as the Hidden Peak, Gasherbrum 1 is the eleventh highest peak in the world. Climbing this peak is arduous, given the difficult terrain and unpredictable environment.
Samina Baig Travels has a 50-day itinerary for Gasherbrum 1 expedition. The expedition period starts in June and concludes in August. The base camp route starts in Skardu. Our porters, qualified and experienced climbers, and high altitude guides will make sure that you get the best experiences during the expedition. Together, we will cruise through the beautiful Shigar Valley in Baltistan, trek through the Baltoro Glacier, and ultimately reach our base camp.
